Lemon Fraiser with Raspberry
When you want to eat and satisfy your 'fix' for something light and fruity mid noon on a Saturday. This is it. A sweet and suculent Lemon Sorbet. In a white chocolate mold! (Sprayed with Edible color)..and a side of Rasp. puree / raspberry for taste and garnish. With a mimosa on the side?! OH YES. Even better! Sugar pull/twist added on top for some structure play! Love it.
