Romantic Scrabble like cookies.

I don't know what posessed me to make these. Just one of those 'spurr' of the moment things!..And with romance :)..Reminds me of this little corner bar in Chelsea where my boyfriend & I went ( probably our third or fourth date). Well, I brought up how I wanted to play Scrabble so badly that night..and to our surprise we walk into a bar and there it was! Scrabble! Oddly enough I made out the astrological sign "Taurus". Peter is in fact a Taurus. Coincidence? Sure!. Alright now on to the cookies!..A butter cookie cut out mix from my FCI Lev.2 Book. I added some Lemon Zest. I then made a nice thick royal icing and dipped each individually. To try and conserve the icing/keep from dripping on the sides, after you dunk the top into the bowl..sort of swirl it around side to side while upside down. Watch as the excess icing rolls and finally falls off into the bowl. Then place right side up onto it's surface. I piped out the letters with some chocolate added into royal icing. But it was not dark enough, So when it dried..I decided to paint it on with Black gel dye :). Gives it a sharp look too! And surprisingly enough, the dye comes off very easily. Trust me, I took a bite! (Just wipe it off ASAP!)..don't take any chances.
