Rather than your average Ginger bread 'thin' cookie. I rolled these guys out thicker than you normally would. The molasses kinda ran wild too! Resulting in not chilling well and being too sticky to roll out, so I added more flour to help..Oh well, good thing is..I picked up on what happened and now know what it can lead to and how to avoid it next time. On the other hand! the kids I work with LOVED them! and they were very very tastey. Cinnamon, nutmeg, some allspice and sugar.
