Hooray for Sugar!!..Our objective in class was to use molds (owl parts) especially made to withstrand hot sugar temperatures. With that said, we could make anything our little hearts desired. But with my love for owls, that is what I am going to make, darn it!..I made him some kick ass glasses, some party twists and a mustache! I very much enjoy playing with sugar and rolling it out to form the crystals. It's a boo-boo process, but a ball!
